Affiliate Broker candidates must:
- Complete 60 hours of real estate education in real estate principles/fundamentals
- Pass the PSI exam
- Prior to license issuance, complete the 30-hour "Course for New Affiliates"

There are built in reviews. There is also technical support available by phone. After you pass the course, you are qualified to take the Tennessee state real estate exam to become a real estate agent (affiliate broker) in Tennessee.
