General Continuing Education Requirements for all states
Continuing Education - Generally, real estate continuing education is required every 1 to 4 years, depending on your state.
Post License Courses* - Many states are now requiring new licensees to take a separate set of post license education courses, often to be completed within the first year or two of getting your real estate license (1st time renewal).
