Oklahoma Real Estate License Requirements
These are the state requirements to become a Oklahoma real estate agent. You need to first be 18 and of good moral character. There are 2 different names for Oklahoma sales associates based on when you first get your license. A Provisional Sales Associate (PSA) and a Sales Associate (SA) are in practice the same in that they both work under a broker. Only the educational requirements are different.
- Provisional Sales Associate (1st year)- You need to complete 90 hours of approved courses and pass the exam to get your license. Within your 1st year, you need to complete another 45 hours (Post License education). Renew after 1st year
- Sales Associate (after 1st year): : After the 1st year (and completing the additional 45 hours), you can get you Sales Associate (SA )license. After that, you need 21 hours of continuing education every 3 years.
