Continuing Education Requirements
Missouri real estate agents must complete 12 hours of approved continuing education every two years to renew a real estate license.
- 3 hours of a mandatory course and 9 hours of elective courses
- Broker licensees renew in every even-numbered year by June 30th.
- Salesperson licensees renew in every even-numbered year by September 30th.
