Post License Education
Continuing Education - Required every year
Every one (1) year, twelve (12) hours of continuing education is required by December 31 of each year including:
- A four (4) hour mandatory core course.
- All broker and salespeople initially licensed after 2009, must complete 45 hours of post-license education plus the 4 hour mandated core topic within 6 months of getting licensed.
