Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation - approved for 12 hours
- Salesperson:
- Complete 12 hours of state approved elective courses every 2 years
- 9 hours of elective coursework
- 3 hours of mandatory coursework - "Required Salesperson and Broker Core"
- Pass a course final exam (grade of 90% required to pass),
- Salespersons renew every 2 years on the last day of the month preceding their license expiration date (e.g., if license expiration date is 2/28, then education and renewal of license are due on 1/31).
- Broker:
- Complete 12 hours of state approved elective courses every 2 years
- 6 hours of elective coursework
- 6 hours of mandatory coursework - "Required Salesperson and Broker Core" and "Required Broker Core"
- Pass a course final exam (grade of 90% required to pass),
- Brokers renew every 2 years on the last day of the month preceding their license expiration date (e.g., if license expiration date is 2/28, then education and renewal of license are due on 1/31).
