Yes. New Hampshire has real estate reciprocity with all states. If you meet the requirements, you will only need to take the state portion of the New Hampshire real estate exam. You will not need a pre-license course or the national portion of the real estate exam,
Requirements to get a real estate license by reciprocity in New Hampshire:
- You have a current real estate license, in another state.
- You took the required pre-license work and passed the real estate exam (national and state portions) in the other state.
- You provide a certificate of licensure (full license history).
- Complete the fingerprinting.
