New Jersey Real Estate License Requirements
These are the state requirements to become a New Jersey real estate agent.
Real Estate Salespersons must:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Take 75 hours of courses approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission
- Pass the real estate salesperson licensure examination
