Idaho Real Estate License Requirements
These are the state requirements to become an Idaho real estate agent and Broker.
- Furnish satisfactory proof that the applicant graduated from an accredited high school or its equivalent or holds a certificate of general education
- Complete a total of ninety (90) classroom
hours, or the equivalent in available correspondence hours
- Pass the Commission-approved real estate licensing exam for a sales license in the time and manner stated in section 54-2014, Idaho Code, and pay the required exam fees
