Continuing Education Requirements
Delaware real estate agents must complete 15 hours of approved continuing education every two years to renew a real estate license.
- These courses must include 6 hours of Mandatory courses including:
- Agency Disclosure (Must take this 3 hour course),
- Must take 3 hours in one of these courses:
- Fair Housing (Our ADA & Fair Housing course satisfies this mandatory requirement)
- Ethics, (Our Ethics in Real Estate satisfies this mandatory requirement) or
- Legislative Update Relating to Delaware/Federal Law
- Agency Law.
- The other 9 hours are elective courses
- Sales agents renew every two years from the date their license expires.
