VA real estate Post License Requirements: All real estate salespersons must take 30 hours of post-license education within one (1) year of the date the license was first issued.
The package includes the 15 hour mandatory and 15 hours elective courses as required by DPOR which will fulfill your Virginia post-license requirements.
