Continuing Education Requirements
Arizona real estate agents must complete 24 hours of approved continuing education every two years to renew a real estate license.
Of the 24 hours required for renewal, you must obtain three hours credit in each of the following subjects:
- Agency Law
- Contract Law
- Commissioner's Standards
- Real Estate Legal Issues
- Fair Housing
- Disclosure
The remaining six hours may be in any of these subjects or "general" courses.
- Arizona Real Estate Licensees are not allowed to complete more than 9 hours of courses in a 24 hour period. It is up to the licensee to monitor this and ensure they are not completing more than 9 total hours in a 24 hour period.
